Advancing Equity Dashboard
Enoch Pratt Free Library is committed to advancing equity within its workforce, service-delivery, and community engagement.
The Pratt Advancing Equity Dashboard measures current and future diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts made by Pratt, helping track the Library's efforts in a way that is intuitive, public, and accessible. At Pratt, we believe the cornerstone of equity is transparency, and the dashboard provides baseline information regarding staff composition and development, strategic partnerships, digital equity, community engagements, programs, and outreach.
View the Advancing Equity DashboardThe interactive dashboard uses data currently being collected through EPFL's Human Resources, internal analysts, and OrangeBoy’s Savannah software system.
The dashboard will be updated quarterly with employee demographic data and yearly based on the completion of internal and external surveys and reports.
The dashboard will be housed on the DEI section of Pratt's website and regularly updated and used to evaluate the effectiveness of equity initiatives, policies, and practices . These data-driven insights will be used to make necessary adjustments and improvements to help promote positive implicit institutional expression.
Our hope is that other community organizations, libraries, and researchers will also benefit from the information provided on the dashboard.
This beta version of the dashboard only provides baseline information regarding staff composition and development, strategic partnerships, digital equity, community engagement, programs, and outreach. Other data related to Enoch Pratt Free Library’s continued and many efforts to advance equity will be added in the future.
