DEI Council

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) council works to promote a dynamic, creative, and inclusive workplace that respects, values, and celebrates the diversity of staff and customers. Through research, training, critical dialogue, and targeted initiatives, the council advocates for changes across all Library divisions that will institutionalize the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in the Library’s internal practices and in its public services.
