Fiction Collection

The Fiction Collection has novels and short stories that include best sellers, mystery and suspense, science fiction and fantasy, romance, horror, and historical fiction. Special collections include a retrospective collection beginning with works originally published from the 17th century with special emphasis on English language novels from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Foreign Fiction

A wide range of foreign fiction is available in the Fiction Collection. Selections include foreign language fiction in Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish. Download and browse a PDF list of foreign fiction languages and call numbers.

Humanities Collection

The Humanities Collection contains over 100,000 books, including a large collection of graphic novels, TV Guide local edition in paper from 1957 to the present, extensive materials for authors and poets, materials on the history of film and television, and materials for Bible and Qur’anic study.

You can also find language learning materials in both paper and audio formats, retrospective collections in religion, philosophy, literature, and library science, and a Pamphlet Play Collection where you can find over 6,000 acting versions of play scripts.
