Future Forward Fest
Future Forward Fest is an annual event connecting Baltimore high school students with information and inspiration as they make plans for their future.
Creating New Pathways
The Job and Career Center in partnership with Neighborhood Library Services will host Future Forward Fest, a one-day career exploration event on October 14, 2025 from 9 am–2 pm. Hosted in Central Hall at the Central Library, this vibrant experience will welcome high school students invited from across the area and is designed to inspire. Students are encouraged to discover diverse career paths in tech, trades, and more, including underrepresented fields like mortuary science. The event will feature music from a live DJ, interactive activities, and breakout sessions introducing exciting careers. Local colleges with programs in these fields will be tabling and offering resources to help students take their next steps. With transportation and lunch provided, Future Forward Fest is the perfect blend of fun and future-focused inspiration!
Our goal is to create new pathways for career-minded youth. We’d love to collaborate with you! To discuss more, please get in touch at job@prattlibrary.org.
