Learn, Connect, and Celebrate

The Women In Workforce Luncheon is an informative and engaging annual gathering. Each year, we honor 5-8 spectacular women in our community who are professionals in Human Resources, Human Services, and Workforce Development. Lunch, conversation, and networking is followed by a panel discussion on topics such as hiring trends and closing the pay gap for women with the opportunity to ask questions and interact directly with female recruiters and associates.

This event, held during Women's History Month, will welcome 50-60 women and provide an opportunity to discuss system improvements, educate on new methodologies, and enhance connections between companies and a qualified workforce. Our goal is to unite and honor the women who serve and support our community through workforce development.

Thank you to all who joined us for the first luncheon in March 2024 for an afternoon of connections, laughs, and shared information. We'd like to extend a special thanks to our 2024 panelists and honorees:

  • Yvette Clark
  • Linda Dworak
  • Hennither Gant
  • Deanna J. Santana
  • Tanya Terrell
