Herring Run Branch Renovations

    The Herring Run branch reopened on December 23, 2024 after an interior refresh including reimagined computer spaces inside the branch, new furniture, flooring, and paint. In addition, this renovation includes revamping outdoor spaces with seating, a new mural, and commercial-grade LED lighting. The branch is expected to close again in 2025 for additional renovation including a new HVAC system.

    This renovation is being funded by American Rescue Plan funding through the Mayor’s Office of Recovery Programs, as well as private support.
