Northwood Branch Renovations

The Northwood branch closed August 31, 2024 for a full HVAC system replacement. This upgrade is being funded by American Rescue Plan funding through the Mayor’s Office of Recovery Programs.

Please join us for a Virtual Community Engagement Session regarding the Northwood Branch renovations on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 6 — 7 pm.

Bookmobile Services

While the Northwood Branch is closed for renovations, the Bookmobile will be making regular stops at the branch to provide the neighborhood with library services, including:

• Holds pick-up, placing holds, and material returns
• Access to browse collections
• Pratt Library card or eCard registration
• Literature on Library events and programs
• Free internet access on site with Community Wi-Fi
• Hotspot lending
• Chromebook Distribution Pick-Up (Appointment required; see the Chromebook Distribution page for further information)

Bookmobile Schedule

The Bookmobile will be at Northwood from 11 am to 2:30 pm on the following dates:

• October 28
• November 1, 11, 25, & 29
