Community Wi-Fi
Community Wi-Fi brings free internet access to Baltimore city communities using our neighborhood outreach vehicles as a Wi-Fi hotspot.
To access free Wi-Fi, simply visit the locations below during the indicated times and you will be able to log on to our free, secure Wi-Fi with your personal devices. While face coverings and masks are not required to enter Pratt Library vehicles, they are recommended.

Look for a vehicle in your community with a big Pratt Library logo as seen above.
Get Free Internet on Site
You do not need a library card to access Wi-Fi. You will need to enter a password:
- Network: epfl-wpa
- Password: epfl-wpa
Community Wi-Fi on Pratt Mobile Vehicles
The Library comes to you with our mobile outreach vehicles making stops around Baltimore City to provide library service in the community.
Community Wi-Fi is available on the Bookmobile and Mobile Job Center vehicles.
