Maryland Health Connection Navigators
HealthCare Access Maryland provides insurance enrollment help and outreach to Baltimore City residents. Visit during drop-in hours to get help from a certified consumer assistance worker with your Maryland Health Connection application. You can apply for health coverage, renew your coverage, submit supporting documents, update your application, or ask general questions. HealthCare Access Maryland’s Medicaid Caseworkers and Navigators are at the library to connect with you.

Peer Navigators
Through the Peer Navigator Program, Peer Recovery Specialists and Peer Trainees serve as role models and provide a safe, non-judgmental space that promotes overall wellness, in partnership with the Maryland Peer Advisory Council.
