Wellness at the Pratt
In partnership with the University of Maryland School of Nursing, the Pratt Library will host nursing students at select library locations to provide health assessments for library customers. In addition, we are partnering with Baltimore City Office of Information Technology's Office of Broadband and Digital Equity to provide Wellness at the Pratt at two senior centers, Harford and Sandtown Winchester.
In-Person Health Assessments
Nurses will be able to assist with:
General health assessments
Blood pressure checks
Medicine education
Finding healthcare providers
Referrals for care
Health education and promotion
Accessing digital health resources and telehealth
The nurses cannot assist with first aid, wound care, emergency services, diagnosis of illness, or vaccinations.
Anyone experiencing a medical emergency should call 911.

| Pennsylvania Avenue | Mondays, February 3 — May 5 from 10 am to 3 pm (except February 17 & March 17) |
| Southeast Anchor | Wednesdays, February 12 — April 16 from 10 am to 4 pm (except March 19) |
| Waverly Branch | Thursdays, February 13 — April 17 from 10 am to 4 pm (except March 20) |
Wellness at the Pratt is a partnership between the Enoch Pratt Free Library and the University of Maryland School of Nursing.
At-Home COVID-19 Tests
The Pratt is offering a limited number of COVID-19 at-home rapid testing kits, while supplies last.
Social Worker in the Library
The Pratt is pleased to provide free assistance with social services to the community at five Library locations.
