Enoch Pratt Youth Collective
Building young people for the future. Teens in grades 6 through 12 can earn volunteer hours, learn about new topics, and gain job skills with the Enoch Pratt Youth Collective.

The Enoch Pratt Youth Collective (EPYC) is designed to give Baltimore City teens in grades 6–12 the opportunity to earn service learning hours, explore topics of interest, and gain the experience necessary to build resumes and life skills.
EPYC meets in the Fall and Spring. Spring applications are currently being accepted and will close on March 9, 2026.
Program Details
Spring 2026
The theme for Spring 2026 is Animation.
EPYC's Animation cohort offers a unique opportunity to participate in an engaging and hands-on series covering the basics of animation. Our workshop facilitator, Amelia Grace, is a talented artist currently teaching at Towson University. This workshop will explore the basics of animation techniques and career paths related to animation, and participants will gain hands-on experience in creating an animation of their own.
In Spring 2026, the Pratt Library will host three EPYC cohorts divided by session and location as described in the schedule below. There is a limited space in each cohort.
Each cohort will meet weekly for four sessions:
April 7–29
- Tuesdays at the Walbrook Branch (3203 W. North Avenue) from 3–4:30 pm
- Wednesdays at the Govans Branch (5714 Bellona Avenue) from 3–4:30 pm
May 5–27
- Tuesdays at the Central Library (400 Cathedral Street) from 3:30–5 pm
